“Chew on it. Chew on it and swallow it whole. Chew on it men, we’ll be fine.”

Embrace the whipping, take ownership of the loss and digest your role in it. Don’t try to break it down into little parts of “If only’s” and “We should have’s.” Take it whole, take it deep inside to where it becomes an acid drip in your gullet. Then use it to fire the internal engine as you prep this week for the Seahawks.
