Help the homeless stay warm this winter

Dear Friend,

As the wind chill drops into the single digits, please remember the homeless. The two primary dangers facing the homeless in the winter are frostbite and hypothermia.

To combat the cold, we are doing the following:

Giving out winter hats, gloves, blankets and socks throughout the day and night.
Our heated shelter area will be open all day, and we are serving hot chocolate to help people in need stay warm.

Our emergency shelter is open and heated. Everyone that stays in our shelter will receive dinner, a hot shower, a bed for the night, breakfast, chapel and the opportunity to receive case management.

We couldn’t provide all of the critical services we do without your support. Will you make a donation to help those who come to Light of Life during this freezing cold time? You can donate here: http://give.lightoflife.org.

Thanks so much for enabling us to provide food, shelter and the hope of Christ to the poor and homeless. It matters.
